Terma dan syarat program Tunetalk Legend adalah seperti berikut. Sila baca dan fahami setiap terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di bawah ini.

1. This Tune Talk Legend Programme (“TTL Programme”) terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be read together and supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription, https://www.tunetalklegend.com/l4ut (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”). The TTL Programme is open to everyone who are 18 years or older as at the date of registration as a Tune Talk Legend (“TT Legend”).
2. This TTL Programme starts on 24th March 2022, 11:00AM.
3. Eligibility:
   • Malaysian with a valid MyKad
   • Aged between 18 to 60 years old
4. The TT Legend’s MyKad ID is valid for ONE Tune Talk Legend (“TT Legend”) account ONLY. NO multiple account under ONE MyKad ID.
5. Mechanics:
   • Interested TT Legend must register with Tune Talk Prestige Dealers
   • TT Legend will be charged RM100 to receive a Starter Kit (full information as below).
   • TT Legend is encouraged to top up a minimum of RM30 every month in order to retain their Tune Talk mobile number and stay active in the TTL Programme.
6. TTL Programme sales and support materials:
   • Online & Offline Training Seminar
   • Point of Sales Material Support
   • 1-to-1 guide by a Prestige Dealer
   • Multi-direct Income
   • Direct Revenue Share
   • Indirect overriding revenue share
   • Starter Kit***
7. The Starter Kit includes:
   • 10x numbered Tune Talk SIM cards
   • 2x Tune Talk Legend t-shirts
   • Tune Talk merchandise
8. Once the TT Legend has registered for a TT Legend account, they must use a Tune Talk Number to register via the Tune Talk Partner App. The TT Legend must stay active for 12 months to be eligible for their monthly commission payout. Termination of TT Legend will take effect if there is no activation via the said Partner App after 12 months from the last of the SIM activation or Partner App activity.
9. By joining the TTL Programme, the TT Legend will automatically be entitled to join the Tune Talk Legend Ranking Programme. This programme is to recognize TT Legend that perform well on a monthly basis. All TTL Agents will start as Newbie upon registration.
10. The ranking will be upgraded solely depending on the Revenue Share Incentive amount as per below table:

11. Any qualified TT Legend will automatically be promoted the following month. Subject to Clause 8 above, TT Legend will NOT be demoted once they have been promoted to a higher rank. Those who have been promoted will be awarded with a ranking badge.
12. Account transfer to the next of kin can only be done by submitting the Nomination Form. Nomination Form submission must be completed with proof of documents. Tune Talk’s approval would be subjected to the supporting documents provided by the TT Legend. The Nomination Form can be obtained in the Tune Talk Partner App.
13. Suspension of Tune Talk Legend account will take effect if there’s any misbehaviour, fraud or damaging of the Tune Talk brand name, goodwill, reputation, or company in any way.
14. All queries pertaining to this TTL Programme should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 or live chat from 8am to 10pm daily.
15. Tune Talk Legend who is enrolled in this TTL Programme is deemed to have read, understood and be bound by this Terms and Conditions together with the Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s Service.
16. Tune Talk reserve the sole right to increase or reduce the subscription quota of the Plan during this TTL Programme without any prior notice or reason to subscribers.
17. Tune Talk may cancel the TTL Programme or terminate the TT Legend if Tune Talk has reasonable information or suspicion that the TT Legend uses Tune Talk’s service improperly, abusively, in exploitation of the service, causing outage, congestion, unlawful intrusion to the service’s network or in contravention to any laws or regulations.
18. Authenticity of registration will be solely subject to audit and checks by Tune Talk. If registration is suspected to be fraudulent including but not limited to false identifications, commercial usage, unauthorized registration, etc. Tune Talk reserves the right to terminate the line immediately without notice.
19. All Tune Talk Legend’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at https://www.tunetalklegend.com/w1p9. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
